     February Casseroles for the Homeless

  • Drop off: February 24th @ 9-9:45am (OLGH Church Entrance)

  • Details: The men's and family shelters need 50 to 70 casseroles of the same recipe to serve their residents.  The shelter serves three meals a day, 365 days a year.  Can you help with one meal?

  • The Plan:
    • Pick up a foil pain after Mass at OLGH on the weekend of February 10/11.

    • We provide the pan and recipe to make a cheesy potato casserole.  You provide the ingredients and time to make it and freeze it.

    • Drop off the casseroles in the Our Lady of Good Hope parking lot near the church entrance on Saturday, Feb. 24 from 9-9:45am

    • Please have the casserole frozen for at least 36 hours so transport is easier.

    • The SVDP ministry thanks you for your support of this project.

We need call takers, receiving incoming calls from our community neighbors in need. If you can donate 1-2 hours a week from home answering our helpline, you will have the opportunity to directly help someone in need. This is an opportunity to put your Faith into action.
